Charming Historic Hotel in Fells Point

I had a great stay, enjoying the historic charm and unique decor throughout the hotel. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the local dining and nightlife. However, the room could use a refresh, as some features seemed a bit worn.

I was charmed by the historic decor and unique furnishings throughout the hotel. The cozy lobby, with its antique touches, created a warm atmosphere, making it easy for seniors like me to feel right at home.

More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.

My stay at Admiral Fell Inn Baltimore Harbor, Ascend Hotel Collection was fantastic! The location right by the waterfront is perfect for exploring charming shops and local eateries. The room was clean and had a cozy corner with an armchair that's just ideal for curling up with a book. The staff were friendly and super accommodating, helping me switch rooms when there was some minor street noise.

The street noise could be bothersome at night.

    old smell

Perfect spot for a fun time!

The location is super handy, tons of cute bars and food joints just a short walk away. The staff was amazing – Hakeem and Todd had the best recs. Only thing was the building had an old smell, not ideal when you’re tryin’ to chill. Breakfast was solid too, thanks Erin!

    mouthwatering bites
    delicious gelato
    super chill staff
    karaoke noise
    skimpy breakfast

The culinary scene here is on fire! I devoured mouthwatering bites at Rye just a stone's throw away and sipped delicious gelato at Pitango—heavenly. The vibe at the Admiral's Cup was perfect after a long day of exploring. Plus, the staff were super chill and accommodating.

Our first room was facing the bars, and let's just say, karaoke until 2 am made for some rough nights. The breakfast? It was more like a snack, and we almost resorted to sharing a croissant!

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

The historic charm and prime location made exploring easy! Staff was accommodating and friendly, contributing to a warm atmosphere.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking, with dusty surfaces and an unkempt bathroom. Furniture appeared old and needed updating.

    charming decor
    fantastic location
    local history
    worn mattress
    lacklustre shower pressure

The decor was charming and truly reflected the local history, which added character to our stay. The location was fantastic, being so close to the waterfront and several great dining options. However, the mattress was a bit worn, making sleep a little uncomfortable at times, and the shower pressure left something to be desired. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay for exploring the area.
