Thoroughly enjoyed its genuinely helpful staff.
I stayed in the room that was could have been cleaned better-had to request tomato seeds be cleaned off the desk chair and available with a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts with omelets made to order. Also, location was exceptionally nice and ideal, not too far from Baltimore Tattoo Museum.

I stayed in the room that was could have been cleaned better had to request tomato seeds be cleaned off the desk chair and available with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect and particularly good, just a short stroll away from a non-profit public aquarium. The area was downtown near the harbor, Baltimore at Noon on a weekday and Fells Point and the harbor.

It had unbeatable and awesome location, short walk to eateries and many good food places and the Fells Point. Fells Point district was worth staying in.

I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel during my visit to a charming historical area. The location, right on the corner of the center of Fells Point, was absolutely perfect, with its proximity to a plethora of restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel itself exuded a unique historical charm that I absolutely adored. Each room had its own piece of history displayed outside the door, which added to the overall ambiance. But what truly stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful hands. The front desk personnel were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for dining and activities. As a cherry on top, when we mentioned that it was our 10-year anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine. It's hard to express how much that gesture meant to us. Needless to say, I can't wait to return to this hotel for another romantic and historical getaway.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.

The location was very convient
I didn't like that they told me that the price was $40.00 higher than their own website and, when I produced a print out, refused to resolve this until they could "look into it" the next day. I didn't like that they automatically tack a $9.95 fee on for each day you stay calling it an activities fee even though there are no activities (even a newspaper) over the weekend. You get a bottle of water. Wow! I didn't like the tiny room, the cracked sink, the broken shower drain, the grubby rug, the marred and dusty furniture, the hair on the bathroom floor, the two short flights of stairs to my room after I got out of the elevator and no heat control in the room. An absurd price for the third rate run down place.

The location was excellent. The valet service is worth the money
It was a bit depressing to see the upper end of fells point starting to die, there needs to be a bit of money invested into the area by the commerce, perhaps this message could be sent on to them.
